It is a very secure, online web portal/application that lets you view the discussions, details and decisions being made for your project. Scheduling, live updates, construction progress, change orders or important documents can be viewed right in the palm of your hand, no matter if you are at home, work, or even on vacation. Communicating with our entire team is made easier through our online messaging system.
On-Site Consultations
It's a whole team effort to create your vision into a reality, and this includes you. Every step of the way, you will be informed and updated about the process, right from the demolition to installing the last sink, you will know the current state of your project. During the construction stage, we welcome you to visit us on site to see the transformation, but all of our work progress can be viewed online with regularly documented notes and photos, you might feel as if you are working there right alongside us already.

You will receive a 3D Rendering of your project, along with a detailed set of construction specifications that outline the schedule and scope of work that lies ahead. These documents will all reflect the choices you have made, and help everyone build your dream renovation.
Construction Estimate
Once the final designs have been chosen, a detailed budget breakdown and timeline is provided to you before we begin.
We will provide you with a construction schedule from start to finish with key milestones along the way. This step-by-step schedule is then updated on a regular basis so you are clear and informed about the upcoming work. Everyone on our team will know exactly what their daily tasks are every step of the way, ensuring we keep your project on track and on time.
Our detailed cost breakdowns are updated routinely in an easy to follow system to ensure you stay on budget, and are aware of your job costs running totals. It is important that you have the ability to make informed decisions along the way regarding job costs, so when changes do occur, they are documented in our online system with detailed notes and photos so you can make the best decisions possible.
